*All uniforms must be paid for and ordered at Orientation or by the conclusion of the 1st week of spring practice.* 

Program prices do not include cost for uniforms.

Uniform order forms will be available at Orientation or you can get one from your coach/ administrator during the first week of practice.

A practice vest is mandatory for every player.  The cost for a vest is already included in the Program Fee.  If you need an additional practice vest it will cost $5.00.
